Weighted Overall
- Sausage: Good texture and flavor, with a bit of a kick.
- Overall: Disappointing.
- Atmosphere: A good looking joint. Olive and brick exterior. Nice pile of oak, same pit as Outlaws. Good dead animals on walls.
- Spare Rib: Greasy, fatty, and soft, but not falling off bone. Cooked too fast in oven.
- Potato Salad: Undercooked.
- Beef: Textured like a roast. Expanded in my mouth - I had to spit it out.
- Beans: Ranch style. Overcooked.
