One of these days they'll get me. They'll make me change my way of cooking, and when they do, that'll hurt my product. The style of barbecue we have here in Lexington is very unique. I think it will start to fade away.

Weighted Overall
- Beans: Pinto beans have good firmness and taste of brown sugar. Very tasty.
- Loin Back Rib: Very good. Lean, but good smoke flavor.
- Potato Salad: Very good, clean and eggy. Not creamy.
- Hot Link: Very tasty, skin a bit tough.
- Beef: Very lean, possibly excessively trimmed. Good flavor despite this due to heavy smoke.
- Sausage: Mild, good textured, and tasty.
- Atmosphere: Gazebo with good 'NO LOITERING' sign and a nice pile. No seating inside, but a nice Afro-East Texas theme. Nice help.
