Weighted Overall
- Pulled Pork: Very tender, but lacks flavor. Great texture, though.
- Coleslaw: Tangy - twang of apricot. Medium chop. Very good
- Sauce: Strong vinegar punch with cayenne. Coarse pepper grind
- Potato Salad: Mashed. Mustardy. Bitter finish
- Spare Rib: Good smoke and bark. Pulls clean. More bite would make it a high 4
- Sausage: Good. May be store-bought, but tastes great. Nice casing and a good pop
- Brisket: Firm. Great hickory taste. Great bark and rub. Outstanding.
- Atmosphere: Good dead animals, especially the dual buffalo head and ass on a thru-mount. Cheesy tablecloths, though
- Beans: Pintos: Great texture, but no punch
