Weighted Overall
- Beef: Chopped, but nice firm texture.
- Spare Rib: Wow. Falling off bone. Good smoked flavor. Nice ring, right amount of fat.
- Sauce: Very good - not too strong either sweet or vinegary.
- Sausage: Great. Casing a bit tough, but rich, spicy flavor. Heavily smoked.
- Atmosphere: Classic. Started as a DQ (drive thru window, RR in far corner), then a gas station (islands and portico with nice shotgun blast in it), then a joint. Awesome pit in center - stack not plumbed well so place is full of smoke and incredibly hot. A major health hazard for employees.
- Potato Salad: Strange - ketchup?
