Weighted Overall
- Spare Rib: Good bark and smoke flavor, but sticky and mushy. A taste of KFC - salty and burned.
- Atmosphere: Looks great - nice porch out front, with benches. Horse across road and good dead animals in grocery. Great picture of a cowboy playing checkers with a horse. Good notes from GHWBush
- Sausage: Good, but chewey. Nice flavor, less spice.
- Brisket: Very tough and chewey.
- Beans: Pintos: Overcooked. Tasty smoke with a light hang.
- Potato Salad: Chunky. Heavy mayo and a bit of mustard.
- Sauce: OK. Tart, not spicy or sweet.
- Coleslaw: Very sweet & creamy. Fine cut.
