All normal people love meat. If I went to a barbeque and there was no meat, I would say 'Yo Goober! Where's the meat?'. I'm trying to impress people here Lisa. You don't win friends with salad.

Weighted Overall
- Atmosphere: Near RR tracks and a donut shop with a good pile out back, but the structure looks too code compliant. Inside there are lots of signed pictures, but many are of ice skaters (?!?!). The sound of a deep fryer, presence of tablecloths, and general cleanliness flag this as a non-joint.
- Coleslaw: Very light in both cut and sauce, but little flavor.
- Sausage: Very sweet. A bit chewey, but not too pasty.
- Sauce: Tangy, but not overbearing.
- Spare Rib: Good at first bite, but then become spongy and bland, Possibly boiled?
- Beef: Good texture, but little flavor.
- Potato Salad: Almost textureless.
- Beans: Pinto beans are OK, but a bit mushy.
- Beans: Serviceable baked beans.
