Weighted Overall
- Potato Salad: Good texture. Mustardy. Touch of egg
- Coleslaw: Great thick texture. Bland souce, but very fresh
- Beans: Pintos: Pepper-heavy
- Pulled Pork: Extremely tender and greasy. Good flavor, but again a tas too much salt
- Brisket: Great. Good smoke flavor. Falling off bone - maybe too much. Good bark. Rub a bit salty
- Atmosphere: This is a joint! Shabby gravel lot. Structure is 100% rusty/galvanized steel. Awesome interior - gravel and slab floor, no A/C or plumbing. Counter service. Ex-propane tank pit. Huge rusty fan blowing. **Hottest chick I've ever seen working in a BBQ joint**
- Sauce: Served lukewarm. Spicy & sharp. A bit harsh & bitter
