Weighted Overall
- Beans: Ranch style. Good, brushy flavor.
- Spare Rib: Great bark. Smoke is primary taste and is very good.
- Sausage: Good and firm. Texture, spice, and flavor good.
- Beef: Lean and dry, with weak flavor.
- Sauce: Warm. Stings your tongue. Good, balanced flavor.
- Overall: Radio on pit saves it.
- Atmosphere: Looks like a good joint despite being new. Good pile and nice pit - rotissere at 235F. Ancient radio on top of pit won't work despite all efforts - very nice.
- Ham: Uninspiring
