Weighted Overall
- Potato Salad: Weak mustardy taste, but great texture
- Sauce: Alot like KC Masterpiece. Tangy but not overpowering. Peppery. Complex, but well-composed
- Sausage: Fatty and heterogeneous texture. Mild
- Brisket: Good, rich smoke flavor. Very light rub
- Spare Rib: Good ring. Medium bark. Firm. Pulls clean with a little effort. Good spice
- Atmosphere: On main street. Towed pit in backyard, smoking with live oak. Kick ass USMC gear on walls. Bread served in the bag. Very small interior space, with :( flowered tablecloths
- Coleslaw: Great tangy taste. Medium to large cut
- Beans: Pintos: Stewed, soft, and bland
