Weighted Overall
- Coleslaw: Average. not bad, not great.
- Sausage: I liked the sausage. Had a very good flavor to it.
- Brisket: This brisket was great. Great flavor.
- Beans: I thought they were kinda bland.
- Potato Salad: German potato salad is good. I love this stuff.
- Atmosphere: I liked the look of this place right when we drove up. I've never seen a gas station converted into a BBQ joint. Big points for the 'prison like' appearance of the picnic tables surround by a chainlink fence. Too many damn flys gettin in my way!
- Sauce: Very thick and a little overpowering.
- Spare Rib: These things were eatin up fast. I thought they were a little tough to eat.
