Weighted Overall
- Spare Rib: Different flavor, on the salty side. Good though. Heavy on the grease. I don't why, but it makes me think of KFC chicken.
- Sausage: Good flavor. I think the pecan wood they use gives it something unique. What do I know, I'm talking out my ass at this point.
- Potato Salad: Average
- Sauce: Not thick, somewhat on the watery side. It actually tastes pretty good for what the consistency is. Not the best though.
- Atmosphere: This is good decor for a BBQ joint/market. Celebrities pictured on the wall include: Clint Eastwood, Ronnie 'Ray' Gun, and the cast of Bonanza. Old school photos from the rodeo show you some of the history to this place. Nice touch with the phone number to mount your deer horns right next to the dumper.
- Brisket: Not all that. Fat chunks in it. What the hell is that about?
- Atmosphere: Sweet and runny. Not how I like my slaw.
