Weighted Overall
- Sausage: Meaty, coarse grain, good casing, good spices
- Sides: Cheddar cheese!
- Overall: Meat overall was the best. I had to hold back.
- Sauce: Tomato spicy sauce. Not needed anyway
- Atmosphere: Big old fenced wooded structure. Big Deer heads, Dark lighting. It’s been around for a while. Man’s joint. Extra points for the Caribou.
- Brisket: Unbelievable, fatty delight. I could go all day long.
- Spare Rib: Very tender, flavorful, not enough spice however
- Braunschweiger: Musky Lunch Meat
