When I'm trying new barbecue, I always try to find that good thing to say. But sometimes, the best I can do is say, 'Well, they've got good rolls' or 'They got good ice tea.' Anyone in the know will understand what that means.

- Hot Link: Disgusting
- Atmosphere: Run down green and red painted hole. Red roof siding. Old looking. This is a man’s place. Deer heads on the wall. The movie “Raising Arizona” playing on the small TV.
- Brisket: Very tender, nice fat, mild taste
- Sausage: Nice, smoky flavor
- Sauce: Nice, peppery tang
- Spare Rib: Weird taste, almost gamey, oversmoked
- Overall: Stay away from the hot links and ribs. Brisket and sausage was good. Inside atmosphere was cool. Be very careful of the food here. It is inconsistent.
