Weighted Overall
- Overall: Meat quality was all over the place. Lots of sweetness used in the rubs. Inside had a great Texas feel.
- Coleslaw: Grocery bought stuff.
- Beans: Hearty, meaty, beany goodness.
- Potato Salad: More grocery bought stuff.
- Atmosphere: Small shack on the outskirts of town. Looks good from outside. Big Texas atmosphere inside. Big elk inside is cool.
- Brisket: Smoky, Propane gas taste, Pure Ass, choked all the way down, Yuck!
Can you tell I didn't like it??? - Spare Rib: Sweet rub, tender, little fatty.
- Pork: Sweet, tender goodness thru & thru!!!
- Sausage: Mild sausage had a funky, nasty taste to it.
- Hot Link: Jalapeno hot and a hint of sweet. I liked it!
- Sauce: Semi-sweet thick sauce. It was decent.
