Weighted Overall
- Atmosphere: Its a grocery meat market/BBQ joint. Caters to the to-go crowd. Awards on walls helps to remind you they actually smoke the Q here.
- Brisket: Tough, lots of cartilage, moist, not much flavor
- Spare Rib: Chewy, burnt smoke taste, wierl red paprika rub. Not good.
- Sausage: Nice smoky flavor, mild, nice casing.
- Sauce: Runny, tangy sauce
- Potato Salad: Standard mayo salad.
- Coleslaw: Ass.
- Beans: Mushy, bland, chili beans.
- Overall: Good if you had to make a quick stop, but I wouldn't go out of my way to get it.
