Weighted Overall
- Overall: I was a little disappointed in the quality of the meats in general.
Maybe it was a bad day. I'll be back again to give it another chance.After all, Clyde did give Houston a title!!!
- Atmosphere: Downtown Joint, Rockets stuff everywhere. Everything else is Q.
- Brisket: Falls apart, great flavor, excellent!
- Hot Link: Super spicy, mushy, tough casing
- Sausage: Tough casing, no flavor, very greasy
- Spare Rib: fatty, tasty, some were tough and chewy
- Sauce: Vinegary, cayenne, too runny for my taste.
- Potato Salad: Eggy, tangy salad. Good.
