- Dessert: Pecan pie still is the best in Texas!!!
- Atmosphere: Big Stack of Pecan wood out front. Very busy lunch crowd. I-10W location may have been a better choice for room and atmosphere.
We sat outside on the benches in the heat. - Brisket: Very dry, bitter smoke taste today. I have had much better before.
- Sausage: Funky taste
- Hot Link: Jalapeno sausage. Really bad today. Funky taste. Measures well on the ASS meter.
- Pork: Bland, tender, dry, not spicy
- Sauce: Sweet peppery sauce. Good.
- Sides: Austin Beans - Nice flavor mixed with vegetables.
- Coleslaw: Nice carrot, cabbage mix.
- Spare Rib: Funky smoke taste today. Goode Company let me down today.
- Beans: Pinto beans were quite spicy.
- Potato Salad: Mustard & Mayo mix. Very tasty.
