Weighted Overall
- Sausage: Good meaty, fatty sensation, tender as well
- Spare Rib: It only took one bite, good fat/meat content, firm texture
- Overall: The food was awesome! I tried to pace myself, but the sausage, sauce, & ribs were too good to hold back!
- Brisket: A little dry, good marbling, a little bland
- Sauce: Tangy, smoky flavor, a little runny, good soppin’ sauce
- Atmosphere: BBQ sign worn down. Nothing special on outside. Checkerboard tables inside
Ice skater on the wall (that’s sad). Country singers on the wall (that’s cool). Wood accents (good). Good old fashioned pin-up menu (Coca-Cola menu). Country music pumping out.
