Weighted Overall
- Atmosphere: Big Texas / American Flags flying high.
Tin Rust Roof. Pecan Tree growing from inside through the roof.
Hardwood floors & walls. Plenty of dead animals displayed on the walls. - Brisket: Tender, pecan smoke comes through, great bark, moist texture.
- Sauce: Very tangy and hint of smoke. Best sauce yet!!!
- Potato Salad: Pimento in salad is awesome touch. Very eggy delight.
- Coleslaw: Vinegary delight as well. Loved it.
- Beans: Nice, salty, pinto beans.
- Overall: Ribs pulled the score down today, but it is still one of the tops we visited on the trip.
- Sausage: Great flavor, tasty, meaty, fatty mix
- Spare Rib: Too tough, needs BBQ sauce to get it down. Very smoky flavor.
