Weighted Overall
- Overall: Solid food. Nothing was bad. Jerry (owner) had overall 100 hot sauces for sale. Jerry should be proud. Work on the ribs to get more tenderness.
- Sausage: Casing was tough, meaty, mild flavor
- Atmosphere: Tiny small-town BBQ joint. Nothing fancy. Inside had big murals of old time pictures from the 1900’s. Pure BBQ! Whoop’s, they serve hamburgers (bad).
- Sauce: Nice spice, sweet flavor, great blend
- Hot Link: Great coarse, spicy flavor
- Spare Rib: Tough bite, mild chalky rub, bland
- Brisket: Decent texture, good fat, nice, mild flavor, a little bland
