Reminds me of my safari in Africa. Somebody forgot the corkscrew and for several days we had to live on nothing but food and water.

Weighted Overall
- Sausage: Very average, bland, tough casing.
- Potato Salad: Good Mustard/Mayo mix, smooth texture. Yum!
- Dessert: Peach/Cherry cobbler was great too.
- Sides: Fresh baked bread was great for testing out the sauce.
- Beans: Just damn good ranch beans.
- Coleslaw: Good mix of carrots, cabbage, and purple cabbage.
- Atmosphere: Big Chimneys as we drove up. Big bad barn. Inside was all BBQ. Great amount of deer mountings.
- Spare Rib: Firm, Meaty, Nice flavor
- Sauce: Nice, smokey, dark-red sauce, Pretty darn thick too.
- Beef Rib: Firm, gamey, sweet rub used.
- Brisket: Nice Flavor, sliced thin, good bark, Firm cut
