  • Pork Roast: Very tender, greasy, tasty, delightful.
  • Potato Salad: Sweet, mustard taste
  • Beans: Spicy, pinto beans. Has harsh aftertaste. Weird?
  • Coleslaw: Very fresh light taste
  • Overall: Ribs ruled all other ribs!!! Other meats were solid.
    The place may blow away any minute however. Better gets some while they are still there.
  • Atmosphere: Tin piece of shit building. Worried it may cave in with a strong wind. Benches and rock pebble flooring. Place is hidden in the middle of nowhere on HWY 59S. Over 100 degrees F inside. Didn't know if I would pass out before I got my Q.

  • Spare Rib: Great Rub crust, falls off the bone. This is as good as a rib can get!!!
  • Brisket: Firm, a little dry, tasty
  • Sauce: Funky, sweet, tangy, but I didn't like it.
