Weighted Overall
- Brisket: Very tender, great flavor, nice marbling.
- Spare Rib: Also tender, little extra fat, okay seasoning
- Sausage: Very ordinary. Tastes like Bryan Sausage.
- Atmosphere: It looks like the building could crater in a good storm. Grade school bench seats are a nice touch. Christmas lights could be a fire hazard. Old, dusty neon beer signs are great. ZZ Top was playing over the speakers and enhanced the eating enjoyment.
- Sauce: Spicy, hickory, pasty consistency
- Atmosphere: Head Pit Boss is scruffy, gray, big mustache dude. Very Friendly.
- Atmosphere: test123
- Overall: Great Dive for a lunch stop, but the sausage was disappointing. School chairs were hilarious.
