- Beans: Chili Peppery beans
- Sauce: Worchestershire based sauce with tang, spice & honey. Mmm!!!
- Atmosphere: Tan Wood Barn. You pass a long bar as you walk in. Smoke Chimneys with pits on the right. Mounted animals on the walls.
Owner is from A&M (I'll let it slide). They have their own brand of Root Beer (Swinging Door Root Beer). - Brisket: Great Bark, Great Pecan Flavor, Very Firm, Moist
- Spare Rib: Great Peppery Crust, Tender, No Fat visible.
- Coleslaw: Raisins added for sweetness, fresh tasting
- Potato Salad: Eggy delight!
- Overall: So damn solid, its scary!!!
- Sausage: Meaty, firm, tasty, smoky delight!!!
