Weighted Overall
- Braunschweiger: It’s cold, but tasty.
- Sides: Excellent tater salad and slaw, good ranch beans. The slaw is magical.
- Atmosphere: Lots of dead animals and wood. This place is a regular stop. Angelo Rd/Street sign in the middle of the floor. Picture of the duke. Much older crowd in here, this where Gramps hangs out. Large schooners of ice cold beer.
- Brisket: Perfect!!
- Spare Rib: Very tender, but something’s a little off.
- Sausage: Needs better, fuller taste, but excellent texture with a tender casing.
