Weighted Overall
- Spare Rib: Not crazy about these, and I’m not sure why.
- Hot Link: Very firm and spicy.
- Beef Rib: Nicely done, good smoke flavor and very tender for a beef rib.
- Pork Roast: Nice.
- Sides: Mustard tater salad, but too whipped.
- Sauce: Right out of the bottle, I’m guessing KC’s Masterpiece.
- Brisket: Very tasty.
- Atmosphere: This is a hodge podge place. They got BBQ chicken, fried steak and other stuff. Peanuts on the table and shells on the floor, and the waitress is a sweetie. Road Kill Helper by Betty Crocker – funny I don’t remember seeing that brand of Hamburger Helper at the local market. This place smells like grease instead of smoke. Dead animals and memorabilia everywhere.
- Sausage: Great flavor, also very firm.
