Weighted Overall
- Coleslaw: Nice flavor and right size of shredding.
- Beans: Baked beans were excellent!! Lots of apples and great spices, very tasty. Pinto beans had no spice and flavor was lacking.
- Atmosphere: Big stack of pecan wood and nice wooden picnic tables outside. Cafeteria line and line moves really slow. Way too much marketing for my taste.
- Spare Rib: Greasy and not enough rub.
- Brisket: Not enough rub and not tender enough, but good smoke flavor.
- Pork: Spicey pork is only somewhat spicey, but has good flavor.
- Potato Salad: Mayonaise based with pickles and radishes, interesting.
- Sauce: Sweet and spicey, but doesn't stand out.
- Dessert: Really excellent pecan pie!! Not the best I've ever had, but it's up there.
- Sausage: 2 kinds of sausage at this joint. Czech sausage has no flavor, don't bother. Jalepeno sausage - where are the damn jalepenos.
