Weighted Overall
- Potato Salad: Mayo and eggs with big potato chunks. Not bad, but I prefer mustard over mayo.
- Beans: Chilibeans - Mikey, no likey.
- Sausage: Sweet flavors and good smoke throughout. Excellent!!
- Sauce: Too much vinegar and not enough spice.
- Atmosphere: Family friendly restaurant. Green & white checkered tablecloths. Juicy pig barbecued pie sign and lots of beer signs. They have their own root beer! Lots of women on the staff and the beer is icy!
- Coleslaw: Quite tasty with raisins. Interesting combination, I like it!!
- Brisket: Firmer than I prefer, but not bad.
- Spare Rib: Lots of bark and tough, not my favorite.
