- Sausage: There are three varieties for the true connoissuer
Dark Sausage: Marice has created a perfect blend of pepper and oil, resulting in a smokey, spicey flavor that is worth savoring. My score is based on the dark sausage. The other tow varieties are more traditional in flavor. - Atmosphere: Functional, no frills. Provides confidence that the vast majority of income is spent on the Q. Nice over-sized deck.
