Weighted Overall
- Coleslaw: Edible. Most aren't.
- Potato Salad: Tangy, no onion pieces, mashed smooth. Way to be different, Bryan!
- Sauce:
- Beans: spicy and firm (not soggy).
- Sausage: not enough spice
- Pulled Pork: Though a virgin in this delicacy, I must say: Wow!
- Brisket: Tender, but 'a little dry' (aka 'not fat enough')
- Atmosphere: Bryan doesn't know how to spell his name, but gets points for dead bison butt, and generally non-repeatable decor
- Beef Rib: Falls off of bone, just-right-juicy
