Weighted Overall
- Beans: A little over-cooked/mushy, but okay.
- Beef Rib: Tough, stuck to the bone. I'll have a half pound each of Brisket and Sausage!
- Sauce: Excellent
- Brisket: Tender, juicy, flavorful, perfect.
- Atmosphere: Mature Pecan Trees spared on inside of the real wood-paneled dining area is a botanical-interior decorating-engineering marvel!
