Weighted Overall
- Spare Rib: Falls off the bone; the bark is just about the right thickness/textrure; sweet rub; Good Rib!
- Atmosphere: Small town; corner building on the main drag; Long wooden bar inside looks sorta out of place; not utilized. They use a mix of hickory and oak to smoke their meats. Nice informal atmosphere!
- Ham: Ham is good... but its ham.
- Sausage: Sausage is good. Spicy, loose packed; Nice meaty flavor.
- Brisket: Stand-up style brisket; very firm; Hmmmmm ... not too impressed today.
- Pork Loin: Very nice! Good texture, full flavor, and moist. I like it!
