baby! The perfect ambiance for a BBQ joint. This
beats antler-holes in the ceiling any day! - Potato Salad: Standard style - Too sweet!
- Spare Rib: Lean, dry, good rub. Not too salty.
- Sausage: Coarse grind, peppery, casing just right.
Damn good! - Potato Salad: German style - Pretty good: skin on
spuds, onion, butter
