Weighted Overall
- Sauce: In bottles on table, where various ingredients
have stratified. Is hot. Really hot. I mean HOT! I
like it. - Beans: Ranch-Style - Good mix of flavor. Sweet and spicy
- Potato Salad: Too heavy on the pickles!
- Spare Rib: Too much seasoning on outside--salty! Slightly fatty, moist and flavorful.
- Pork: Pork Brisket - Lean, VERY tender, light smoke
- Hot Link: Homemade - Chewy casing, firmer and somewhat leaner than Drexler's.
- Atmosphere: Established 1946. Empty, dirty aquarium
inside. DOUBLE bonus points for actually placing
decorative frame around thermostat! Big pile of oak &
hickory in back. Big grill--looks like a class
operation! - Brisket: Firm, fairly dry, lean, good amount of smoke
- Veal: Veal Brisket: Subtle flavor, very light smoke.
