I won't even sell somebody a barbecue unless they get cole slaw. If they want a barbecue and they don't want cole slaw, there's something wrong with that person. It all goes together. You've got to have cole slaw and hush puppies with barbecue.

- Atmosphere: Atmosphere: In a strip center, for crimny's sake.
Absolute disqualification. Besides, the place was too
clean. - Brisket: Dry, rubbery. NO FLAVOR!
- Sausage: Dry, firm, pretty good
- Sauce: Good. Right consistency, nice mix of brown
sugar and smoke. - Potato Salad: Excellent--good and 'mustardy!'
- Spare Rib: Dry, overcooked, little flavor.
- Beans: Best yet. Rich sauce w/ little peppers in it.
- Pulled Pork: Pulled? I pushed it away.
