I think it's fair to say Texas has more variations in its barbecue styles than any other state. And more disagreements about them.

Weighted Overall
Nice location just off the town square. Shotgun setup with side dining room. Kitschy, except for the pit, which was old school custom.
Food was problematic. Creosote on meat, setting the tone for this tour. Bright spot was the banana pudding.
