One of these days they'll get me. They'll make me change my way of cooking, and when they do, that'll hurt my product. The style of barbecue we have here in Lexington is very unique. I think it will start to fade away.

Weighted Overall
Looks like a revamped (in an interesting way) Bill Miller joint from the outside. Inside, we've got pool tables, rocking horses, and lots of country junk. We press on. The meat is actually better than the sides, which is unusual for the RR tour. But here, it's because there's a funkadelic thing going on in cobbler land.
