I won't even sell somebody a barbecue unless they get cole slaw. If they want a barbecue and they don't want cole slaw, there's something wrong with that person. It all goes together. You've got to have cole slaw and hush puppies with barbecue.

- Sausage - another Eckeridge link
- Ribs - Fall off the bone, nice smokey flavor, nice rub
Other Fare:
- BBQ Sauce - Light Orange, tangy flavor
- Slaw - KFC
- Potato Salad - Eggy mayo mix. Slightly sour
- Onion Rings - Excellent
- Apple Cobbler - Nice Flavor, crust was soggy
- Peach Cobbler - Liked it
- Plum Cobbler - very interesting
Atmosphere:
- Sit Down Diner style joint. Beauty queens on the walls. Nice wait staff, Hot towels served after meal.
